Sunday 1 November 2020, 2.00pm, Hertford St Andrew's
Each year we gather for a special service where we remember by name those who have died in the previous two years. It’s a short service with some music and readings and an opportunity to light a candle in memory of loved ones. This has been, for many people, a very helpful and moving part of their grieving process.
This year, depending on government guidelines at the time, we would like again to hold this service.
If you plan to attend, please let us know
Because of social distancing, numbers will be limited to 70, and we therefore ask those planning to attend to book a place in advance. This can be done in a number of ways:
If we find that more than 70 would like to attend, we will organise an additional service at 3.00pm. If St Mary’s/St Andrew’s clergy did not conduct the service of someone you would like to be remembered, please contact the Parish Office (contact details above).
We would normally offer refreshments at the end of the service, but we regret that this year that won't be possible.
Book tickets from 1 October
