Baptism
When we baptise a child or an adult, we are welcoming them into the Church family. Baptism also marks the beginning of a journey of faith, where in time we begin to explore what it means to love God, love others and follow Christ.
We therefore encourage those seeking baptism to join us in our times of worship so that we can befriend and support one another. During our 10.30am Sunday service, we have activities and groups for children and a crèche. Every second Sunday of the month, we have an all-age service where all ages remain together. This is shorter, more interactive and more child-friendly.
Usually someone would be baptised in their parish church and we would encourage this. For any adults or older children wishing to be baptised there is a short course called Searching 4 Faith?
For all baptism enquiries please contact either Rev Alan Stewart or Rev Bill Church.
