The Parochial Church Council
The PCC is responsible for the financial affairs of the church and the care and maintenance of the church fabric and its contents. It may make representations to the Bishop and Deanery Synod on matters affecting the welfare and pastoral care of the parish. Since 2008 a PCC with an income of over £100,000 is required to register as a charity and the members of the PCC become trustees.
The PCC members help to plan the aims, direction, mission and vision of St Andrews.
They meet nine to ten times a year and members normally hold office for three years.
